The different levels of intensity of the reaction of the Keepers is directly proportionate to their relationship to the creation of the species that were affected. In the case of the Naiads, Addonai commanded Nephalon to turn a certain body of water into the Naiads, so that was a specific command. In the case of the Rhinewolves, Addonai told the Keepers to pick their choice of beasts, so that was a commanded choice. In the case of the Elves, the Keepers made their own unions and that's what created the elven race, so that was a complete choice.
Addonai sees all and knows all. It's not like He allows terrible things to happen, but He can't force people to love Him, but He can ask that they do. The three women will later be in the lines of three of my main families: the Vanderhilt family (mostly Naiad with some Human) the Hatfield family (mostly Leoxin with some Rhinewolf) and the Servez family (mostly Human with some Elf)
